The office center is conceived as a distinctive vertical landmark, establishing a new visual point of reference within the structure of the district. The architectural image of the building is based on a smooth, streamlined form that contrasts with the rigid geometry of the surrounding urban blocks and emphasizes the public character of the project.

Its spatial and planning structure follows a principle of progressive vertical development, with an emphasis on the continuity of the silhouette. The rounded contours of the façades create a cohesive, monolithic image perceived as a single plastic entity.

The façade design is based on a rhythmic glass grid that reflects the sky, reinforcing the sense of vertical dynamism and creating an effect of changing outlines depending on lighting conditions and time of day. Horizontal accent bands highlighted with brass function as visual markers of the floors, adding rhythm and legibility of scale.

The lower level of the office center is conceived as an open public space. A transparent podium ensures visual continuity between the interior and the city, reinforcing the public nature of the ground floors.

From an urban design perspective, the building is integrated into the existing urban fabric as a distinct accent without disrupting the overall balance of development. Its form and orientation respond to existing visual corridors and the surrounding context, while the plasticity of the volume allows the scale of the high-rise building to be delicately aligned with neighboring blocks.
