The architectural identity of the complex is shaped by a carefully articulated structural logic of the façade, based on a rhythmic order system that references iconic palace silhouettes. This classical foundation is reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, giving the building a ceremonial yet richly plastic character.

The terraced composition lends the volume a picturesque, stepped articulation: the tiered structure creates a complex interplay of levels, in which each floor acquires its own plastic expression and visual autonomy. This spatial organization enhances the sense of depth and stratification within the architectural image.

The upper tiers of the façade are enriched with refined Moroccan motifs, subtly resonating with the Crimean Moorish tradition widely present in the region’s architectural heritage. These decorative accents are seamlessly woven into the overall composition, establishing a dialogue between local history and an international architectural language.

The composition is crowned by a striking glass passage located on the roof. Its arched, transparent structures, unified by an elegant metal framework, form an expressive “fifth façade,” transforming the roof into an independent architectural dominant. By day, this element creates the impression of a floating volume; by night, it becomes a luminous crystal, serving as a visual landmark and a distinctive accent in the city skyline.
