The residential complex is conceived as a new architectural focal point within the established urban fabric, combining a vertical landmark with a system of stepped mid-rise development. The overall composition is based on a principle of gradual vertical progression—from an elongated podium to a distinctive tower volume.

The varying building heights reference the visual language of modernism and the works of Ivan Leonidov, Yakov Chernikhov, and their contemporaries. Cascading black-and-white façades establish a clear rhythm, rising segment by segment and carefully integrating the building’s silhouette into the surrounding context. This upward movement in the vertical plane functions as an urban marker and point of orientation, while the mid-rise blocks shape a more intimate, human-scaled environment at street level.

The podium accommodates public and commercial functions and visually anchors the high-rise component of the complex. Landscaped terraces and accessible roof levels act as transitional spaces between the intensity of everyday urban life and the residential areas, adding spatial depth and a variety of use scenarios.

The project reflects KANVA Moscow’s approach to contemporary housing: architecture conceived as a system of interconnected volumes that respond to context and scale, where expressive form is combined with functional clarity and a careful attitude toward the urban environment..
