Facade solutions for a hotel with exhibition facilities and parking in Novosibirsk were developed under the leadership of Andrey Volyntsev at the ABG bureau.

The building complex consists of four multi-storey towers standing on a single stylobate. The stylobate of the complex sits on a relief drop, facing Bolshevistskaya Street on one level and Obskaya Street on three levels. Facade solutions emphasize the spatial composition and smooth, streamlined shape of buildings. The facade of the stylobate is made mainly in stained glass, making the front of commercial premises attractive. The main color of the entire complex is white, contrasting brass and gray inserts emphasize the overall structure of the facades.

The two buildings have central air conditioning, without external units on the facade. The glazing of these buildings is an aluminum stained glass system – a stand-bolt. The interstory inserts in the stained glass system are made of brass-colored stemalite.

The external units of the air conditioners in the other two buildings are placed in false pylons with perforation of the cladding layer, without spoiling the architecture of the facade. The glazing is mainly made in PVC, the upper part of the buildings is made in an aluminum stained glass system.

The main entrances to the building are highlighted by expressive canopies and portals. The facade cladding material is aluminum cassettes, painted in white, gray and brass.
