The business center in Perovsky Avenue is a composition of two volumes, between which a dialogue arises, the shape of one volume reacts to the shape of the other. The two buildings are shifted in plan relative to each other, this technique not only makes the composition more dynamic, but also forms an avant-square in front of the main entrance. The facades are laconically wrapped with lamellae-petals resembling turbine blades of an aircraft engine – this is a reference to the history of the place, many years ago the Institute of aircraft Engines was founded here.
