A residential complex with an underground parking lot is planned to be built near the Ryazansky Prospekt metro station. In one of the variants of the concept, we proposed a cascading three-dimensional composition with an enclosed courtyard and dominants crowning the intersection of Ryazansky Avenue and Akademika Scriabina Street.
